Self Massage Techniques


1. Run your fingers through your hair making small circular motions

2. Gather your hands around your head and small circular motions slowly opening your hands away from each other

3. Make a ponytail and one handed make big circular motions pulling on hair strands from different directions

4. With fingertips use circular motion from temple around to back of ear and neck

5. Both hands grasping head and starting from back of neck work your way up to your top of your head keeping most pressure on fingertips
